For lifestyle assignments, you can never give the client too many choices. Often there's a main story line for the piece, but there can be many side interests that work their way into the article. Having a broad assortment of images to pull from will keep the graphic designers and publishers happy when the layout and compilation begins.
For this shoot, Patsy, her family, and of course the animals were all up for the session.
